Please note international delivery time frames are a guide only.

We are not responsible for any delayed caused by customs at the destination and we cannot be responsible for payment of any import customs fees that may occur.

All orders will be processed within one to two working days. Please note that during peak dispatch times delivery time frames may be extended. Once sent, orders within the UK on standard delivery should arrive within 7 working days. Express delivery should arrive within 3 working days from dispatch.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. You must inform us within 7 working days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your order and want to return it. 

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will issue a full refund for the cost of your item(s), provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. 

Please ensure returned items are packaged properly as we cannot refund items that have been damaged in transit. 

Returns are accepted for unworn earrings.

Returns are not paid by us unless your item is faulty. If your jewellery is faulty please contact us so we can arrange the next steps. We will refund the delivery cost. Most of our packages are large letters which will cost £2.36 signed for delivery. Please do not return your order using special delivery as the maximum we will refund is £2.36.
