How do I place an order?

There are two ways to do this:

 

How do I cancel an order?

- If you would like to cancel an order please contact us using the contact form as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders once they have already been posted.  

 

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are posted out Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be posted on Monday.

 

Our standard delivery parcels usually take around 2-5 working days to be delivered, express delivery parcels around 1-2 working days and international deliveries around 10-14 working days.

 

Please note all delivery time frames are estimations. Please allow a day or two outside of the delivery dates as actual delivery times can vary depending on busy time periods / holidays etc.

 

If your order is late or lost, please double check the address details that you entered at the time order was placed. We can't take responsibility for missing parcels if the wrong information has been entered at the checkout. If your address is correct then please contact us using the contact form.

What if the item i want is out of stock?

Restocking items can take up to a month.
